Family Tradition
Carrying on a family tradition that began back in the 1930's. We harvest Maple Sap throughout the Town of Freedom, NH. Through painstaking dedication, our family gathers and produces high quality Pure NH Maple Syrup. We hope you'll give our syrup a try, you won't regret it.
Method of Production
From 1985 to 2006 I produced syrup the old fashion way, using a wood fired evaporator. In 2007 I switched to using oil. I switched for many reasons; safety, constant heat, and it made the long nights of boiling a little shorter, because once the sap holding tank was empty everything could be shut down.
